In addition to benefiting nearly 8,500 students in our area and sampling delicious foods, we'll have live and silent auctions, wine pull, and awards for chefs receiving “top honors”. All event proceeds go to keep students on track to graduation – a very worthy cause that strengthens our local economy!

Search for his name, then tip through your online donation. Top Chef honors are awarded to the men who receive the most tips in each category.
Online tipping closes at 4:00 pm on Saturday, April 7th, but you can continue tipping at the event!

West High Culinary Arts Program: Enjoy a 3-course dinner party for 8 prepared for your friends, co-workers or family to enjoy! West High Culinary Arts Program’s menu includes their ProStart 2018 entry:
Starter: Kale Waldorf Salad with Buttermilk and Herb Dressing
Entrée: Seared Pork chop with a Mushroom Pan Sauce served atop a Sweet Potato Mash. Accompanied with Sautéed Brussel Sprouts and Carrot Medley with Lemon and Parmesan
Dessert: Stewed Rhubarb and Red Berry over Pound cake with Brandy Whipped Cream and Chocolate sauce.
Enjoy an idyllic evening on Cheney Lake with dinner, drinks, and delightful conversation.
Four people will experience a Sunset cruise on a beautiful 30’ sailboat with a charming captain! This cruise includes every amenity: drinks, dinner, laughter, and scenic views.

Relax as Chef Lane serves a progressive dinner of wonderful seasonal dishes hand-matched with great wines chosen to compliment the food. North High Cooking Club Gourmet Dinner for four and 25% of proceeds are returned to the North High Culinary Arts program! Sit back, relax and enjoy a gourmet dinner for four served by the North High Cooking Club. Under the creative leadership of Bill Loudermilk, you will enjoy this delicious meal featuring:
Starter: Lobster Ravioli with Limoncello sauce, a sweet lobster ravioli with a rich citrus cream sauce.
Entrée: Pan-seared Duck Breast with Bing Cherry Sauce, served with Saffron Risotto and Braised Greens.
Dessert: Fraiser Torte, a light Almond Sponge Cake filled with a rich raspberry French buttercream. What’s not to love? Bon Appetit!
5-Course Italian Dinner Prepared by Susan Peters. Susan Peters, recently retired longtime KAKE-TV anchor, also happens to be a superb cook, thanks to her Lebanese and Italian heritage. She has raised thousands of dollars for charities using her culinary skills. Susan will prepare and serve a five-course Italian Dinner for 8 people brought to you in the comfort of your own home. She pairs the dinner with four different wines, and with the help of husband, Rob Snyder, will be your servers for this amazing meal while you sit back and enjoy your company in a leisurely fashion this fall.
